Kind of a weird question

Looks like my genuine camillus bk-11. I would prefer a FFG and 1095 over the saber D2. However the camillus sheath is *excellent*.
 
That's pretty cool, I like it because its a little different from the KA-BAR. Not that there is anything wrong with the KA-BAR BK11
 
If I was gonna chop frying pans, pry open doors, dig up rocks, chip chimney scale and pick my nose just to make a point, id buy the cheapest crappiest chinesiest full tang knife I could find. $50 is way too much.
 
Sweet blade. I don't think I would turn either of them down. I'm starting to think the -11 will be my next Becker. I almost bought one the day I got my -7.
 
I wonder if uncle e has considered doing a sabre 14 and 11 again. Or even a Sprint run for beckerheads would be my dream come true. Hint hint..... I know i'd buy me about 10 of em !!!!!
 
yeah, i think i got a camillus like the OP in a box somewhere. old school :)

@kabarcamper: probably not going to happen. FFG just works better imho, and is easier for them to make as well

i was lucky enough to find a like new Cam 11 on thE bay for about $25..i now alternate it with my 14. I have a KA BAR 11 as well but am more partial to the Cam. they do pop up. if i find one i will let you know.
 
I like that Camillus sheath. Simple and effective, but not so wide as the sheath I made for mine, and it looks like the eyelets by the opening of the sheath probably fit a tek lok (which mine doesn't). When I make another sheath for the BK11 hopefully within the next few days, I'll try to emulate that style a little more.
