Just wanted to show what I've been doing.

This is how I scribe out the design to cut it out. I cut it out a little oversize. Then i use spray glue to stick it to the titanium. then i cut along the lines with a razor knife. And punch all my holes.

This is where I'm at now. Little slow now while I build my new shop.

There are 5 knives in this picture. The frames are still glued together on the left. I glue them together to drill and ream the holes and grind to shape.

That is a nice looking knife. I really like the fact that the blade does not have the "obligatory" jimped thumb ramp.

Here's how I cut the lock. And the relief cut. Thats a 1/4" carbide cutter found at Ace.

Awesome I always wondered how to cut out the lock bar. Lookin good, I wanna try a frame lock:cool:
Also wondering how you lined up those holes for the stop pin to travel in?

Are you using a mill or is that an end mill chucked up in your press? I love the carbide cutter method!

Great looking knives.

It's a drillpress. I set it to its fastest setting. Works great.

Here is a jig I made to grind the lock face.
