This is another of my Chef Knives that is working out for Professional and Serious home Chef's. It is Full Tang construction and Distal tapered for balance and rigidity. This one will handle some heavy use.
Spec's;
Forged to shape 1084 Blade.
Full Quenched and double tempered at 450f than 425f deg's.
Blade length 8.25." to the Bolsters
Over all length is 13.75"
Blade height is 2."
Max blade Thickness is 1/8"
416 stainless steel Dove Tailed bolsters.
Kingwood Rosewood handle with a slight palm swell and hidden bolts.
Razor Sharp!!!
Comes with a Zippered Case.
Not Dishwasher Proof.
I use vegetable oil on the blade after hand washing.

Returnable if in original condition for a full refund.
