I've been working on a hunting knife that's geared toward skinning and cleaning more than just looking pretty. I went with 1095 as the metal and canvas Micarta for scales,the cutting edge is 5"s long, 7/8" wide and 1/8" thick, OAL 10"s. Price is SOLD
Also in the mix is another kiridashi, this one is 1/8" thick O1 with a 1 1/2" cutting edge and a linen micarta handle slab. $SOLD pf w/ slip sheath
