Hello, My name is Chris Tidwell of Aichmo Knives. No knife leaves the shop without being tested for sharpness and strength. Haven't been on for a while. Now that things have calmed down after my family's health issues, plus my habitual laziness, got back to the shop. Got this old one that has been laying around the shop, finally got it cleaned back up. This one is a chisel grind with a full convex beveled side and a flat ground back side. I call this a Kiridashi... for the lack of better name, well a big one anyway. Made from 1095. 4" Blade, 9 1/4" Overall, 2" Wide, 1/4" Thick. Available. $250 shipped CONUS.
