Up for grabs is an 8" Kiritsuke style Chef's knife with beautifully figured Ironwood handles. Steel is S35VN with flat grind and distal taper. 60 HRC, 0.007" before sharpening. 600 grit satin finish. Comes with a custom fit layered walnut & maple saya. Original price was $450. Knife has seen light use & is offered at SOLD
