I have up for grabs my first attempts at WA handle chefs. These all have mirror polished spines and have been comfortable rounded. Blades were finished to 220 grit with a fine scotchbrite finish and all edges are taken to zero with their corresponding thicknesses. The blades have been set in G flex and are rock solid. If youd like all 3 at once there is a 10$ discount for each blade.

Oh so YOU'RE the guy who sniped them huh. Now I have to be internet angry with you and jealous.

Hahaha, I ordered them, actually! It all started out with the Gyuto, I ordered it as a custom from Jim...But he liked the idea of the materials & design so much he made a 3 piece set! He said when they were done, that I had dibs on the others - I took the petty too, I SO wish I could have taken that Nakiri too...These are my favorite knives, by far. I'm glad I got the opportunity, I absolutely love Jim's style & craftsmanship.
