kissing crane stiletto

I have an old Kissing Crane Stiletto kc 45 (it has Rostfrei written under the model number), Year unknown. It's 15" overall; 7" blade. I'm trying to find some infomation about it. Such as what it might be worth? The history of it? Is it really made in Germany? Is there a web site dedicated to this knife?
If there is anybody that can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.
