This is my latest finished knife, aside from still having to putting an edge on it. I've been pretty interested in kitchen knives lately and this is my 3rd one, also my second hidden tang. I'll be the first to admit I pen the front of the bolsters because I still haven't been able to get them compltly perfect and to my liking.. or I'm just being really picky. I'm all ears for suggestions and comments and critiques, thanks for looking.

Steel- O1, hand finished and etched, rounded spin
Handle- Stabilized claro walnut, brass, G10
Overall- 14.25"
Cutting edge- 9"

Very clean cutter. I at first questioned the concave at the bottom of the choil, but I think it makes sense when in use.

The handle is lovely overall.

Very nice knife. How does the handle feel in a pinch grip? It's wider than I use in the front, but it has to work for you. It looks like a very usable design.

I used to use a lot of O1 for kitchen knives. Great steel.

Thanks guys

I didnt really consider the pinch grip on this Willie, I figured it being a carver you'd just sorta hold it? It feels good in my hand, but I'd say in a pinch grip the corners of the bolster would be uncomfortable
