Forged from 3/16 inch 52100 high carbon steel.
A flat grind to the spine with a distal taper to a fine edge.
Rounded spine because most cooks like to choke up on the blade.
The handle is slightly raised to keep knuckles off the cutting board.
Stabilized figured maple handle
Yup, the spine is very thick for a kitchen knife but that's why I called it a chopper. I make them thick and I make them thin, folks prefer them both ways
Overall length: 14 inches
