A downdized tool for light chopping and also scary sharp for slicing herbs and vegetables. I have rounded the top of the spine for folks who like to choke up on blade while shopping and slicing. The false edge from the tip to the spine is to help with piercing and the edge has a slight belly for rocking over the food.
Forged from 52100 high carbon steel
Slight convex grind finished with 400 grit followed with a cork belt for a smooth finish. (This helps to keep food from sticking to the blade)
Stabilized figured maple handle with Micarta and brass fixtures. This knife is dishwater safe but please, never in the dishwasher
Overall length: 10 inches
Blade: 5 1/4 inches
$180 Now $165 delivered within these United States. Please message me for shipping and payment options.
