There's books on how to use and select kitchen knives, making people understand kitchen knives better.
I'm thinking of using that input before making kitchen knives.
Any recommendations on witch one to get?
 
zknives.com has a lot of info about Japanese knife types. I haven't stumbled across anything equivalent for western knives.

not sure if you can find it but it was great book with a run down of everything you need to know and also recipes to build skils and eat well also

It's a good book on knife skills, how to hold them how to use them.


I've got a nice epub format e book with perfect formatting by the publisher.
