Kitchen knife forum question

Brock, I have had some good feedback in there from knowledgeable people for sure. Its just that the posts dissapear so quickly , if you come back to something a week or so later the thread is gone.

I like the idea of posting and interacting with potential customers in the Kitchen Cutlery & Tools sub-forum. I'll start posting there. Honestly, I never really noticed it before. Maybe we can bring it to life. :)
Yeah, that's me too, I didn't even notice it until this thread came up.

It sounds like it could be a great resource. It must be a forum setting to purge old posts?

That would be the eventual plan, I would hope.
So if I was going to make a specific type of kitchen knife, would it be appropriate to post in that Kitchen section to discuss the particulars and maybe get some input from the user community to help tune it in to their needs?

You may be able to change your settings, but i think a lot of old threads go into the archive setting after a period of time, like 30 days, if they aren't getting any new posts.
