Not sure that I wanted to enter this, after seeing all the giant chef knives, mine seems very outclassed. Still, I want to show what I did. I've made 5 knives with this same blade shape and only slight changes. I like this one the best. It is shallow enough to fit under a fork, long enough to do most kitchen cutting. I just cut up a watermelon and sliced a bunch of pork chops and loved the feel of the handle. Best handle I've made in 6 years of bladesmithing.

CPM-S30V is evil! The edge it holds is awesome, but such a pain to work with.
