Kitchen Knife set advice

While I am getting more confident in my designs, I find the input from the more experienced makers very helpful to me still. I never thought about rounding the spine at all so it is a good thing someone brought it up.

You are right about her not having the skills of a chef, and I doubt that she has ever or will ever use the pinch grip, but these will sort of be a test bed to making other kitchen knives that may go to someone that knows what they are doing so it is best for me to incorporate these suggestions into my design.
