kitchen knife steel...154cm or 13c26

What would you prefer to use? 154cm (not cpm) is about 20% more expensive than 13c26 from admiral. Any input or experiance would be appreciated.

If I'm honest, I'd probably just use 440c. It's quite cheap, great corrosion resistance, and it takes a nice finish. It's no longer a "top of the line" steel, but it makes some pretty nice kitchen knives when done right
