Up is my new Tojiro ITK Nakiri in White # 2 steel. The blade is just over 6.5 inches long and extremely thin. This is a vegetable knife and not a cleaver so it should not be used to cut through bone.
I have only used this knife on a carrot so it still has the factory fresh edge which is very sharp. White #2 is very high in carbon so care is needed to maintain this knife.
