I think it was because I had an audience(my new neighbors). It kind of surprized me, too. Forging quickly and efficiently is important, though. The less heats the better. It took a lot of practice, blundered blades and anvil dings to get fast. The most important part is visualizing what you want to make and how to go about doing it. Forge it out in your mind first... then all you have to do is watch it happen with the hammer... well, mostly... Ha! Thanks, bud.:thumbup:... man wish I could forge stuff that quick, it usually takes me that long just to get it straight![]()
