We're moving and I'm clearning out some knives that I have bought along the way but aren't getting use these days.
1. Mercer Culinary Asian Collection Chinese Chef's Knife with Santoprene Handle
- This knife was bought in January. I've used it a couple of times but not near what I thought I would. I have a carbon cleaver I use all the time and wanted a stainless to go with it to reduce food reactivity. This is a great example of a stainless chinese cleaver.
2. Mercer Culinary Millennia Color Handle Cutlery 7" Santoku Knife (Granton Edge) White
- This knife has more use on it. It was bought for my wife to cook with before she graduated to a carbon steel knife. If you like german knives that are easy to sharpen/work with this one is a great knife.
These are inexpensive new, so I'm trying to price them to where they're a deal for you but they cover shipping and leave me a few bucks too.
$27 shipped.
