Kitchen Knives?

Which would be the appropriate forum in which to discuss kitchen knives? (Kind of suprised one for that particular general topic doesn't appear to exist?)

Blade Discussion for general discussion, Reviews & Testing for reviews & tests, Toolshed for sharpening and modification, or the manufacturer's forum (Spyderco forum for Spyderco kitchen knives), or the Custom Knives forum if it's a custom kitchen knife.

We figure if we created yet more forums for kitchen knives, whittling knives, rope knives, fillet knives, hunting knives, etc. that would only add to the confusion.
