I hope you are having a great weekend so far. I just finished up this kitchen prep knife for your consideration. It is 9 inches overall with a 4 3/4 inch cutting edge. Full flat grind with a mirror finish and extremely sharp!

The scales are a beautiful black on black marble G-10 with Tiffany blue G-10 liners. Stainless steel pins finish it off.
