Kitchen set Chefs and Paring in Sandvic 3mv SS
Convex ground and plenty sharp. Chose this steel becuase it is easier to maitain with a quik couple swipes with a good steel.
Chefs blade is 6 1/4" tip to front of scales and 11 1/4" OAL
Paring is 3" from tip to front of scales and 7 1/8" OAL
Both sport handmade "Tye Dye" scales that will look better with a nice coat of mineral oil on them. Mosaic pins
Hand washing is recommended save the dishwasher for the cheapo stuff!
Handles are grippy and not slippery when wet.
