I forged this from 1095, 1084 and 15N20 high carbon steels. The contrast between the 1095 and 1084 is very subtle and is difficult to see in these photos. The 15N20 stands out nicely.
The blade is about 1/16 inch thick at the choil and distal tapers to the edge and tip
Stabilized and dyed burl. (I believe it's alder.)
Overall length: 10 3/4 inches
Blade: 6 1/2 inches

That is wonderful work Big G, the upsweep in the blade looks ready for some pork loin.
