Good afternoon everyone!
Offering a very thinly grinded and flexy kitchen slicer from 1/16 inch stock AEB-L stainless steel.
Knife is heat treated and double tempered in an Evenheat digitally controlled kiln and aluminum plate / air quenched, all designed to achieve approximately 62 Rockwell hardness.
The grind is full flat and finished off on a Scotchbrite belt resulting in a beautiful satin sheen. The handles are made of stabilized Desert Ironwood. Copper pins finish it off nicely.
