A thin and very sharp kitchen knife
Stock removal from 52100 high carbon steel
Heat treated to Rc 58-60 with three normalizing and two tempering cycles in my Evenheat furnace
Flat grind with a 400 grit belt finish and rounded at the spine for comfort
Stabilized figured maple handle
Overall length: 8 inches
Blade: 4 inches
If anyone wants to carry this I will make a leather scabbard for an additional $20
