This one is hard for me to let go myself.
Long, Thin, Pointy!! I have has several 0-1 knives in my kitchen for years and no rust! Patina - yes - SHARP -OH YES! Just wash them and wipe dry and let stand before placing away in block.
Spine patina will happen so let her age and just use em.
3/32" 0-1 with Green Micarta and red liner. 6 1/4" blade on this one
