Hi everyone,
Tonight’s offering is a Kitchen Utility Knife with a Built-In pinch grip right behind the blade. It might look a little unusual, but it is super comfortable, as if your hand becomes part of the knife.
The knife is made from 3/32” thick AEB-L stainless and comes in at 8 1/4” overall length, 1 1/4” wide with a 3 3/4” blade. The grind is high flat and is razor sharp. The scales are from a stunning piece of stabilized Goncano Alves with Blue vulcanized paper liners. One Pink G-10 pin is showing on the front and the rest of the pins are internal so as not to obscure that beautiful wood grain.
