SOLD!
I have developed thé Kitchen Workhorse series over ten years ago and thé idea is to offer thé same quality, steel and Heat treatment of my more expensive knives but with a chisel ground blade (that is much easier to sharpen and mantain) and a spartan, kuro uchi style finish, solid Brazilian Wood handle and a much more affordable Price. This nakiri is an example of the knives of this series and is very similar to the one I have in my kitchen and that has been my go-to knife for many years.
This piece has a chisel ground, sellectivelly hardened 1095 steel, 17cm long blade and an octagon handle made of nicely figured imbuia Wood with a détail in stabilized Wood.
US$ 145.00 plus US$ 20.00 for shipping.
PayPal welcome!
