Wow! Very nice!

I'm ready and my knife is ready to ship. I have to admit, but entering my work is very intimidating. You guys have done an amazing job.

Here is my humble submission.

Vegetable cleaver in AEB-L with 7" blade, micarta scales and mosaic pins. HT done by BOS to 58. This has been ground about 2/3 of the way up and will be an amazing slicer.

I love when people enter kitchen knives into KITHs! So nice knowing that something you spent all that time on will actually get used and not just sit on a shelf.

Very nice cleaver. Definitely a lot of nice knives this year!

Damnit, there are some fantastic knives in here. Unfortunately Im out, Im not far enough along to be ready by the end of the week. Hope you guys enjoy what you get.

Done. Just need to stich the sheath in a few mins. Canadian skinner in 1095 with ziricote burl scales. Stainless loveless bolts. Hard to capture the scales as the wood is so dark. Hope someone enjoys!

I'm finished. This is a 3/16 w2 blade with a scotchbrite belt finish. The overall length is 8.25 in. I put two 1/4 mosiac pins also
The scales are laminated ivory paper micarta with black paper micarta from atlas billiards supply.

Mine is boxed up and ready to go. If it's possible for me to get the label by 11:00, I can ship today.

Thanks guys!

James Terrio made a single post that he had a knife done and was "in", but never sent his info or posted an "I'm Ready", so he is not on this list unless he contacts me by noon today. I tried several times to contact him with no luck. Sorry James.

Info sent! Sorry for the delay...

All packed up and ready to go, Just need a shipping address.

Looking forward to receiving one of these fantastic knives - and seeing what you think of mine:)

I will get the labels out to everyone by tomorrow morning, maybe even this afternoon.

When you get the shipping info for your KITH recipient, send the securely boxed knife to him as soon as possible. Make the label bold and clear. Get a tracking number. Insurance for $100-200 is wise.

If you have a recipient outside of your country, check with the postal authorities as to what forms need to be filled out. Declare the knife as a camping knife or kitchen knife, as best fits the use. List the value at $100 and declare it as a gift.

For those shipping from the USA, USPS Priority Mail boxes are best. Get a tracking number.

Once the package is shipped, email me (sapelt@cox.net) the tracking number and when it was shipped.

When you receive your KITH knife, email me that it arrived and post in the “Woo-Hoo, My KITH knife arrived” thread.

Dang... y'all have really brought this KITH project to a new level!

I just received the info for the maker who will receive the knife I've made, and I will get it packed up and shipped ASAP. I hope you are not too disappointed by my humble effort... :o
