The KITH will end on December first, so you should be well into your KITH projects.

If you are still considering joining in, it helps with getting the lists ready for you to send me your info and post "I'm In".
If you haven't posted "I'm In", or don't want to yet, that is fine, as all that matters is being done on time. Same with if the project doesn't work out.

No one is actually "in" the KITH until they post, "I'm Ready" by Dec. first. I'll put up the I'm Ready thread around Thanksgiving.

What is the etiquette concerning posting pictures of the finished KITH knives? Should the recipients be the first to see the knives? Will there be a separate thread for all the KITH knife photos and details? I'm not finished quite yet, just askin'.
 
There will be a photo and "I'm Ready" thread in about three weeks. Post photos there. After the KITH goes out, there will be a "Hooray, My KITH knife arrived" thread for people to post photos and comments about the knives as they arrive.

There is no rule against with posting photos before then, but we try to keep the surprise for the last weeks or so.
 
I etched the blade this weekend and did some handle work. I'm actually right on track, until I remember that a hunter needs a sheath. I'm terrible at sheathes(sp) so will be having Dave help me with it.
