For those participating in the KITH, this is your reminder that you have about four weeks to finish your knife. It should be done and in the box by Dec1. I will post the "I'm Ready" thread next month. Those who haven't finished the knife and boxed it should not post their "I'm ready" until they do.

I'm hoping to be involved, but I'm not even posting anywhere until my knife is done. It's forged and heat treated at the moment, but not finished and no handle currently.

Thanks for the reminder !
 
Been working on mine alot lately...lol...only piece of steel I had left till yesterday, when the UPS dude showed up with 4 ft of various thickness' of 440 from old R.W. Now if my band saw blades just get held up a few days, I might get my give a way done....lol.
 
Wow, I can't believe this is almost here already! It's finally getting cool enough here to be able to spend some time in the garage and outside, so I need to kick myself in the butt and get going on a knife for this. 4 weeks isn't much time at my snail's pace!
 
I've got 2 ready just have to decide which one to send.

I made 2 just in case one didn't make the grade. Hope someone likes slipjoints. ;)
Maybe I can get lucky and get one of those Bump masterpieces! Now I'm all excited!
