Sooo are the aluminum scales slick? Or do they have a grippy texture? That's my only concern, I like everything about this knife, just wish it had g10 or micarta scales and was a bit cheaper to reflect that.

It has the tiniest of a mat texture.

I did wind up getting one. Quite a nice knife.

Finally got the mod done. This kne has been sitting unopened for about 2 months waiting for Votix CF scales to arrive.
