From the factory, there was a minor issue with a liner lock not engaging properly when opened, the knife was disassembled and engaging surface on the liner lock was lightly sanded. The liner lock works great, no blade play, centering is spot on. No box, the knife come with Kizer nylon pouch and extra hardware.
