The vast majority of us are going to say "no" to tip-down carry clips!
 
Isn't this a re-release of an older model? I like the knife, but not as tip up.
 
I agree with the majority of the comments. Tip up carry is the only way I carry a knife. I have the Ki403A2, and it is an awesome knife. The reason I bought it was that it combined your upscale material and workmanship with the tip down carry.

This looks like a nice knife, but I don't understand why it doesn't have the option for carrying the knife both ways.
