Kizer return/warranty response time?

I purchased a kizer titanium frag cormorant 20cv and when it arrived had severe button stick thought it was functioning until I checked blade play nearly bit me.. it's been 3 days waiting for an email I definetaly feel burnt for 180$ at the moment.

You might want to follow up with a second email. Kizer are pretty good with warranty claims.

The button stick has had a lot of complaints on various knives. But your knife not locking is quite dangerous…

I bought a Begleiter last year that had a serious manufacturing defect that affected the detent, and the issue wasn't detected until it was too late to return it to the dealer. They replaced it for just a $5 shipping charge.
