I haven't seen any discussion on this model. Recently released dealer exclusive. I can't link to it but if you do a Google search it will come up.
It's the handle of the Laconico Gemini with a shrunken Intrepid blade. Instead of a stamped clip you get a machined clip. The price is $20 more than the normal price of the Gemini which seems worth it for the clip alone.
There are a couple vids on the 'tube.
I recently bought a Gemini and it has perfect flipping action.

I've been eyeing the Gemini and while I like the blade shape, I like the blade and the clip much better on the U.M. I think I am going to have to get my first Kizer.

Good decision! If I hadn't already bought the Gemini I'd get one. For now I'll stick with the Gemini. No pun intended.

I think my video was the first, could be wrong. It's a fantastic EDC. Something about that harpoon blade shape gives you the perfect thumb ramp. The clip is a huge upgrade over the other Kizer's I have. I believe the Sheepdog also has a milled clip. Something I"d like to see on future models from Kizer.
 
Yes the clip is a major improvement over the one on the Gemini!
Love this knife! THE perfect EDC companion.

Yes, the clip fits the Gemini too! I checked and it's a perfect match.
I also checked with Kizer and the clips will be available to dealers. The MSRP is $26.

Excellent!

I wonder if the clip also fits the Intrepid.
 
They are lightly locktited. So use a good quality torx screwdriver (you need T6) and you'll be fine.
