Well this embarrassing but I am not having success with the card I have linked to my PayPal account.
I apologize for the inconvenience.

As I am still awaiting a replacement card, and unable to complete a PayPal transaction until it’s arrival, I will humbly withdraw from consideration.
The seller has been exceedingly understanding and I am appreciative of his understanding. I will not stand in the way of an immediately able purchaser making this transaction.
