Excellent condition, I probably only have between 10-20 hours on these. Only used at home (no gym sweat or anything funky like that in them). Only the medium tips were used so if that grosses you out I'll toss them in the garbage and Klipsch will likely send you replacements. Otherwise I'll clean and alcohol them and include them with the sale. Have the cleaning tool, UPC from the box (for authenticity) and the very nice magnetic carrying case. Klipsch claims that these are the smallest earphones ever made, and I have no problem believing that. They are very light and compact, I just find I'm using my Apple earbuds more frequently.
