Kme exemplary customer service

Placed order this morning for the kme diamond kit. I had a few questions and called the number on the website. I was immediately on the phone with the creator of the system Ron Swartz. He was happy to answer my questions and make sure I got what I needed. Pretty standard stuff. When it came to buying the base for the system he went above and beyond what I've come to expect from a company. I told him I couldn't afford it right now and he told me it would be easy enough to build my own. I already knew this, but normally a company wants to sell sell sell however they can. His honesty and genuine desire to make the customer happy was refreshing. What he said exactly was "I'm not here to suck every dime I can out of people ". I will definitely continue as a diehard customer with Kme. I know the system will perform like I want because I've read every review and watched every video I could find and have yet to hear a negative. This is the only sharpening system I can say that for. And their warranty policy is if it breaks they will fix it period. Order was processed today and ships out in the morning. Can't wait to get to work.
 
I too am a happy KME customer.
Mine was shipped very quickly and it is an excellent sharpening system.
Really I can't believe I don't hear more about this system because it is cheaper than the Edge Pro and Wicked Edge plus it has a few features the others don't that make the sharpening experience much nicer for me.
