Kme or Edge pro ?

Hi George. I've been following the techstudio thread and saw your progression there (I don't post too much there, mostly just read to keep up). I hope this works out very well for you. It would be a good thing to have state-side support for that system. I'll continue to follow along with much interest.

I've had them all, and I mean ALL and the only one I still have is the Wicked Edge. Just too easy to take my shaky hands out of the equation using it, and super easy to get anything I own sharp. Some of my knives are notoriously hard to sharpen as well.
