What does deloaded mean ?

When using diamond stones, the metal powder that has been created from sharpening will clog the stones up preventing them from cutting well. It's the same principle as a toilet... Don't let it clogged up and it will work just fine.

I'm going to drop the price to $240 Shipped. G&S I eat the fees. Really want to sell this thing.

Sharpener is in a 'used' condition but all issues are only cosmetic and will NOT affect the actual knife or user.
