My collection is moving over to more fixed blades and because of that I'm purchasing a set of waterstones to sharpen with.
This KME has served me well and with this setup you'll be able to sharpen any knife from small traditionals to 7-9 inch fixed blades. The image I have attached just shows how much I have invested in this setup and what you'll be getting.

And just as a side note the jaws in the list are just a place holder for price. My set comes with the low profile jaws and the pen knife jaws. Only part missing is the rag that comes with a new one. Will also come with an angle cube. It has been lightly used and I also am including a worn out 600 grit plate I used to flatten the waterstones with. All the abrasives have at least ~75% of life left in them with most closer to ~85%. I'll be happy to help you learn how to use it as well. It allowed me to go from not being able to get a knife to cut printer paper to being able to whittle hairs and everything in between.
All together comes out to an almost $500 value with the angle cube and extra plate.
