I bought this grinder brand new directly from KMG in March of 2015. I used it a good bit for the first year then it has mostly sat unused since. The motor went bad a few years ago so I put a new 2 hp Leeson on it and added the Forward/Reverse switch. The new motor probably has less than an hour of run time. The bearings are all good. There is some surface rust but no pitting.
Included:
Classic KMG 2x72 with variable speed and a 2 hp motor wired for 220v.
The original steel tool arm with the original flat platen. The platen is worn from use. I can add in a brand-new, hardened platen for extra.
The original work rest that bolts to the bottom of the tool arm.
An extra-large 1/2x6x24 inch steel work rest that I made.
The original contact wheel arbor bolt for mounting a 2-inch-wide contact wheel. The wheel is NOT included. I do keep these in stock if you would like to add one.
A slightly used, hardened steel radius platen.
The aluminum base that it all bolts to.
NOT included but shown in the pictures is the stand I built for it. It is very heavy and not really economical to ship.
If you need it wired differently or a different plug installed, I can help with that.
Local pick up in central Nebraska or I am happy to take it apart and ship it in a few boxes. I expect shipping to run $200-$300 depending on your location. I am happy to get a quote.
I am selling this just because I never use it and it is taking up space.
