Kmg grinder drawings

Hello,

Does anyone have dxf files of a kmg grinder? I want to make one for myself I want to let it lasercutted at my work and weld everything.

All other drawings are also helpfull.

It could be exploded and converted into dxf. I actually did it mostly from the plans already mentioned here. It might take me a while, but I could do an exact dxf of the plans.

If you are going to laser cut it out, have a look at this one too.

You use a direct drive motor and skip the bearings an pulleys for the drive wheel. Use a 3 phase 3400 rpm motor and VFD for variable speed.

Since you are outside the U.S., I would have a hard time understanding why someone would get upset. Since he won't sell you a KMG, you wouldn't be taking food off his plate. I don't know if he'd begrudge you building a clone or take it as a compliment.

Regardless, you can change the title of the thread yourself by editing your post and switching to the advanced options.
