Im running it straight no VFD. Just the the adjustable sized pull wheels. I was using an extension cord. Would that cause it to not spin at times?
excuse the mess. Shop not completely set up just yet.
Well.... another quick update. I went back out and checked all the alignment. This time as i read the beginning of this thread I put the tool arm out further and really put the tracking arm horizontal to put more tension on the belt. Not only did this solve the tracking issue belt after belt but it seem like the motor start up a hell of a light better. Not sure why that would work motor wise but it seems to. I will relocate tomorrow to get closer to the plug or have an electrician come out a run more outlets. Brand new house at almost Half a million only gets you one stupid garage outlet. Thanks all. Im not sure I'm solved just yet but it will help me sleep better tonight after dropping $1500.
