Greetings,
If you had to choose two small wheel attachments for your grinder, which would you purchase, and why?

SWR-.500 1/2" diameter
SWR-.625 5/8 diameter
SWR-.750 3/4" diameter
SWR-1.00 1" diameter
SWR-1.125 1-1/8" diameter
SWR-1.25 1-1/4" diameter
SWR-1.50 1-1/2" diameter
SWR-1.75 1-3/4" diameter
SWR-2.00 2" diameter

Hi Dennis, I went with a 5/8". Up to this point, I don't need smaller and it will get into larger curves. In time, I'll get a little larger one, probably 1". For me different belts give changes in diameter, so I'd plan for slight variations. Caution rookie comments. Good luck, Craig
 
I am looking to get the 1/2" and 3/4" to start out. I purchased my KMG with a 2" contact wheel for the platen. I find myself using it alot.
 
i swapped one of the platten wheels with a 2" contact wheel and my small wheel i have a 1/2 and 3/4, but use the 3/4 mostly for that
 
It seems that 1/2" up to 1" are the most popular amoung knifemakers. Rarely does anyone buy all the sizes...but most just 2 wheels or so.
