I dunno what your physical shape is like but if you're "husky" like me then if you can safely lose some weight it will help with rehab.

I have kept my weight down for a good while now. I tip the scales at 170-175 ( approx. 80 Kg.). I am in good health and have a super high pain threshold. I rarely even get anesthetic for stitches and dental work.( Most of the time I just stitch myself up).

Well, that'll be especially helpful when the apocalypse comes!

I put a reminder in my iCal calendar, but there are a number of things on this Mac that I don't use often and iCal is one of them. So I'm not sure it'll actually do what I think I told it to do... But we'll remember one way or another. Maybe I'll put it on my wife's paper calendar; she's sympathetic to knee surgery too. Good luck Stacy!
