Knee Replacement Surgery

Friend of mine had both his knees replaced at the same time with the new type of less evasive surgery, He was walking 4 hours after the surgery and walking stairs the next day. He is 70+. The new surgery does not cut into tendons, ligaments or muscle but goes around and through them with out making cuts. These are the things that cause a problem afterword.

I had 3 ACL done last year and my knee still hurts everyday, but this 70 YOA man had both knees replaced and is fit as a fiddle. Almost drives you nuts thinking about it.

Hugh, my 94 year old Granny just had one of them done in the Spring, she was climbing stairs a couple of months later. She's having the other done shortly. They have it down, you'll be the only Quaker in you Tae Bo class again in no time, don't sweat it. Good on you for taking steps (no pun intended) to correct the problem, my dad has needed both of them replaced for years, we've just no wtalked him into it. Chronic pain is no fun, you'll wonder why you put it off in a few months.
