Okay, so I have officallay been bitten and all I can think about is knife making. Here is my second knife all that is left is to sharpen it. This is my first of my own design and my first on a belt sander. This is Aldo's 1084 1/8 inch, Natural micarta, sanded down to 1200 grit with black g10 liners. I actually only sanded the blade down to 320 for a satin finish which I kind of like, though I may go down to 600. I thought I would want a rougher finish for the micarta, but I found that I really like it smooth.

I applied many of the things I learned from my mistakes the first go around. This one still has plenty of flaws though. Let me know what you think

I'm sure the fact that many first knives are heavily influenced by Aaron Gough's design I not looking lost on him. It's a testament to the help his YouTube vids have been to so many of us. My first knife was similar, but not nearly as good as yours. Good job.
