Smaller knife and fork set.
Knife is forged from 1/8" thick 15n20 bar, down to 5/64" thickness.
Fork is forged from C35 (AISI 1035) round bar.
Fork is 1" longer than knife, but it looks proportional to knife

The knife feels great in the hand and have rounded heel for more comfortable work and grip.
Flats are left raw, soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale and wire brushed.
After heat treatment, flats are brushed with scotch brite.
Bevels are made in satin finish with scotch brite.
Forging marks on flats and some left on bevels.

The fork is forged to shape from C35 steel bar. Hot filed and hot wire brushed.
Soaked in vinegar to remove forging scale.
Tapered tang on fork.

Overall length - 8,5"
Blade length - 4"
Blade width - 1,3"
Thickness - 5/64"
Knife weight is 3,5 oz

Fork details:
Overall length - 9,5"
Handle length - 4,5"
Thickness - 10/64"

Handle material on both: Walnut wood, black G10 liners, brass pins.
